WIRO welcomes the release today by the NSW Government of a discussion paper - Improving workers compensation dispute resolution in NSW - A discussion paper on potential reforms to the NSW workers compensation dispute resolution system.
The discussion paper is available here.
The discussion paper is in response to various recommendations in the March 2017 Report of the NSW Legislative Council Standing Committee on Law and Justice.
